先将阀端面放置于水平状态，用洁净水从阀的入口端灌入，也可由出口端灌入，注满各孔眼，静置1分钟左右。孔眼水不下降为合格。如有下降，则说明阀漏，需要拆卸，全面检查，修好、安装完后，继续灌水试验，直到合格为止，否则将影响混凝土专用试验机的检测精度。这是比较简单方便的方法。
